Stick the electrode to the massage part of the skin to make it contact with the skin closely. Press the power supply for two seconds, the indicator lights up, and the magic sticker starts to work.

There are five massage modes (comprehensive, hammering, pressing, massage, kneading) and ten force options for the magic stick. You can select the massage mode by briefly pressing the power button, and adjust the massage force by pressing the plus and minus buttons. When the minimum or maximum force is adjusted, there will be two beeps. The strength of the massage sticker is very large, the minimum strength is very slight, and the maximum strength is somewhat unbearable.
