After going to the after-sales department to change the screen, I was able to buy half of the machine. I was smart enough to buy an iPhone 6 screen assembly on the Internet, spent 3XX (the screen pressed behind is not the original), and then gave him a new look (because the new one is a white panel).

Shut down and power off the machine before dismantling it. Remember to turn off the power before any disassembly operation.

Then use a star shaped screwdriver to remove the two screws under the iPhone power connector.

Because the screen is broken, the screen cannot be sucked up with the suction cup, so it needs to use some small brains and paste transparent glue on the screen to make it smooth and convenient for the suction cup to suck up the screen. (iPhone panel is not glued, so no heating treatment is required)

Then the screen can be "pulled out" by using the magic tool of disassembling the machine. There are snaps on both sides of the screen panel, which is difficult to remove. Remember not to use brute force.

After the screen is sucked up, turn the screen outward. Do not forcibly pull the flat cable and the turning angle should not exceed 90 °, because the flat cable is still connected to the motherboard at this time. You need to remove the flat cable metal cover on the motherboard to remove the flat cable.

The original screen and the display screen purchased by Xbao are not equipped with small accessories, so we have to remove the front camera, earpiece, metal plate on the back of the screen and touchID from the original screen by ourselves (the touchID of iPhone corresponds to the motherboard one by one, and the touchID of other machines cannot be used).

Remove the earpiece, front camera, light sensor and distance sensor on the original display screen

Remove the metal cover plate pressed under the touchID. Note that there is a flat cable connected to the metal back cover on the left under the cover plate. Remove the flat cable buckle.

Then remove three screws on both sides of the screen metal cover plate. There is also a flat cable from top to bottom under the metal cover plate for touchID.

The screen comparison of the two removed parts looks similar.

The small parts removed from the screen are: metal back cover with flat cable, light sensor, distance sensor, earpiece touchID；

For safety reasons, do not replace other small parts, but test whether the touch and display functions of the display screen are normal. Connect the display and touch cables of the display screen to the motherboard, and test whether the display and touch can work normally when the machine is turned on. If it is OK, shut down the machine and continue to work. If it does not work properly, contact the seller at Xbao for replacement.
