Samsung officially announced that it will mass produce the SoC based on the 14nm 3D FinFET process. This SoC belongs to the Exynos 7 OCTA series, probably the Exynos 7420 used on the Galaxy S6.
The new processor using this process will have 20% performance improvement, 35% power consumption reduction and 30% efficiency improvement. The Galaxy S6 will meet us in MWC 2015, and it will also use the new Exynos 7 series chip.
