Samsung has inserted 3GB LPDDR3 RAM, 32GB storage and controller on one chip, with an area of 225 square mm, a thickness of 1.4 mm, and a total volume of 40% less than the original. The RAM speed can reach 1866 Mb/s, and 64 bit bandwidth. Mobile phones using this chip can further save valuable space inside the handset.
