When we mention "National Brick", we have to mention Seven Rainbows C4, which is the first national brick. At that time, many enthusiasts also talked about it because of its retro shape and purely hand-made North American black walnut back cover. Seven years later, Lebi L5, which has a long history with C4, finally met us, and it also brought us a completely different feeling.

We got the engineering prototype of Lebi L5, so it may be different from the official retail version.

Lebi L5 uses a 3.5-inch 480 * 800 polysilicon wide-angle screen at the front, but the screen reflection is still a little serious... The screen has touch screen function, of course, we can't measure the screen quality of a player from the perspective of a mobile phone here, just enough.

The front panel adopts the design of metal wire drawing, and the English name of the brand Luxury&Precision is engraved on the bottom, which is quite compelling.

Lebi L5 adopts all metal design, and its back adopts large area of brushed metal, which is quite textured. L5 uses 6 series aluminum magnesium alloy and is processed by CNC integrated molding process. The surface is anodized, brushed and sandblasted.

The brand logo is engraved on the back.

There are three round keys in the upper left corner of the fuselage, which are function key C1, function key C2 and lock key. However, because the firmware of the engineering machine is not perfect, the lock key cannot be used. C1 acts as the return key, and C2 is the confirm/play key.

The volume knob is also very textured. It has a non slip design. Both L5 and LP5 use ALPS potentiometers.

There are three play buttons on the side, namely play/pause, previous song and next song.

From left to right at the bottom are 3.5mm headphone connector, Line out connector, microUSB connector and microSD card slot.

It supports microSD card expansion of up to 64G.

The L5 playback interface is likely to be greatly changed because the firmware of L5 is still being updated before the deadline.

The setting menu supports key selection and touch screen operation.

With various settings for audio output, the L5 supports DoP mode.

Some relevant settings of the system can be set for automatic shutdown and sleep time.

Finally, let's compare the size of the L5 with that of the iPhone 6 Plus and ZX1. It can be seen that the L5 is still a relatively small type compared with many national bricks. The size of L5 is 123 * 63 * 16.9mm.

The thickness of iPhone 6 Plus is 7.1mm, while L5 is 16.9mm.

The fuselage weighs about 217g.

L5+VE6 X1， In terms of listening sense, the L5 is still adjusting its voice through the firmware before the deadline, and the time to get the machine is really short, so we don't share it in detail here. What can be determined is that in terms of quality, L5 is higher than its predecessor C4. The overall tuning style is neutral and biased towards music tuning. High frequency is exquisite, and low frequency is not very large but has good elasticity. In addition, L5 can adapt to different earplugs through 5-gear gain, which is relatively wide for driving earplugs.
