According to Android developer LlabTooFeR, the upcoming HTC One M9 will use a 20 million pixel sensor. This sensor from Toshiba, T4K47, has a size of 1/2.4 inch and a single pixel area of 1.12 μ m. In addition, its HTC One M9 will also use the Broadcom BCM4356 wireless module, which will support 802.11a/b/g/ac networks and Bluetooth 4.1.
