According to Sammobile, the 20 million pixel sensor used on S6 will be manufactured by Samsung. The model is SLSI_S5K2T2_FIMC_IC, which can output pictures with a maximum of 5952 × 3348 pixels. According to Samsung's usual 1.12 μ m pixel size, this sensor will have an area of 1/2.3 inch, the largest in Samsung mobile phones.
