Hongmi mobile phone series has always been the representative of cost performance, and Xiaomi Company officially launched it online on January 4. Compared with Hongmi mobile phone, Hongmi mobile phone 2 has been upgraded in screen, processor, network and other aspects. We have also obtained the retail version of Hongmi mobile phone 2, so let's experience it now:

The package of Hongmi Mobile 2 (hereinafter referred to as Hongmi 2) is much smaller than that of Xiaomi and Hongmi mobile phones in the past, and the packaging box is not flat.

There are some body parameters on the back. We got the mobile 4G version of Hongmi 2, which supports TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA networks.

The first layer of the package is Red Rice 2, and the screen still has a frosted protective sticker.

The second layer of packaging is instructions and accessories.

The accessories of Hongmi 2 include instructions, San Bao certificate, data cable, power adapter and a battery.

The charging output specification of the power adapter is 5V 1000mA. Theoretically, it takes 2 hours to complete the charging.

The front design of Hongmi 2 is very similar to that of Hongmi mobile phone. It still has a black front panel and red touch keys.

Hongmi 2 still has a 4.7 inch 720P IPS screen. The improvement is that it uses a full fit screen, which will not appear gray when the screen is not turned on.

The top has a front 2 megapixel camera and a recessed earpiece.

There are still three touch buttons at the bottom. The pattern of the buttons has been changed to the same shape as Xiaomi 4.

The red rice 2 we got is a white back cover version. The back cover uses a skin like coating, which feels more textured. The back cover has no other marks except the logo of Xiaomi.

The rear 8 megapixel back lit camera is equipped with a led fill light and a speaker on the right side of the camera.

There is a 3.5mm headphone connector on the top.

There is a micro USB interface and a call microphone at the bottom, and the USB interface is not foolproof.

Hongmi 2 still retains the design of removable rear cover.

Red rice 2 supports dual cards and dual standby. It uses a microSIM card and supports TF card expansion.

Battery model BM41, capacity 2000mAh, battery and red rice are the same model.

Compared with Xiaomi 4 with a 5-inch screen, Hongmi 2 is smaller.

There are obvious differences in the visual angle of the screen.

Hongmi 2 uses the MIUI 6 system, so the UI is basically the same as Xiaomi 4.

The system has no concept of secondary menu.

The pull-down bar has a fast switch with nine squares.

The system is MIUI 6.2.4 based on Android 4.4.4. Kernel version 3.10.

Hongmi 2 uses Snapdragon 410 1.2GHz quad core processor, 1G Ram+8G Rom.

Snapdragon 410 is a 64 bit processor, but since Android 5.0 is not used, the 64 bit feature cannot be used. GPU is Adreno 306@400MHz ， The GPU driver version V84 is not very new.

Snapdragon 410 is only an entry-level SoC, so the score is not very high.

The available memory is about 400MB.

During daily use, open 3~5 applications and maintain the remaining memory at 150MB~200MB.

Sina Weibo, from the above curve, we can see that Xiaolong 410 is basically competent to cope with 720P, but it can't guarantee that the frame number is very high when sliding.
