According to the Korean Times, Samsung still has a "strong interest" in Windows Phone devices, but Samsung's Windows Phone product line will turn to the low-end. Earlier, Samsung stopped paying Microsoft fees after Microsoft acquired Nokia, so Samsung's WP mobile phones this year will at least wait until the third quarter after the two companies solve the licensing fee problem.
