Apple issued a notice on the developer's page that iOS 8 apps submitted to the App Store after February 1 must support 64 bit and be developed through the iOS 8 App SDK.
In addition, Apple also said that before June 1, developers need to do the same for applications already on the shelves. That is to say, after June 1, 64 bit applications are basically supported.
