Meizu MX4 Pro has officially met with you on November 19. It has brought a larger and clearer screen, more advanced processor, and announced a new "return to music". What's the difference between MX4 Pro and MX4? Let's have a look:
The outline of the MX4 Pro is very similar to that of the MX4 from the front panel, but the biggest difference between the MX Pro and the previous MX series products is the home key. Due to the need to give consideration to the front press fingerprint identification, the MX4 Pro uses a rounded rectangle home key.
Close up of the entity home key. There is a circle of silver metal around the fingerprint recognition. The contact surface between the finger and the fingerprint recognition sensor is very large.
The buffer glue is still added between the screen panel and the metal middle frame, which can prevent the screen from breaking to some extent when the phone falls.
The back is the same as the MX4. From top to bottom, there are cameras, led fill lights and brand logos. However, the radian of the back cover is flatter than the MX4.
The rear camera configuration is the same as that of the MX4. It is also a Sony 20.7 megapixel camera, a 1/2.3 inch IMX220R sensor, and a dual color temperature led fill light. Although the camera hardware of the MX4 Pro is the same as that of the MX4, it uses an ISP with stronger performance, so theoretically it will have a better photo taking effect.
The top design is also identical to that of the MX4. The 3.5mm headphone connector, noise reducing microphone and power button are all in the same position as the antenna partition bar.
On the left is the volume key.
The metal middle frame adopts sandblasting process, and its surface is more delicate than MX4.
The front panel and the side of the middle frame have polished bevels.
The bottom layout is also identical to the MX4.
The back cover can still be removed. The only purpose of removing the back cover is to insert and unplug the SIM card, because the MX4 Pro is still not removable. The MX4 Pro has a new NFC module, so you can see that there are coils on the back cover.
The size comparison between the MX4 Pro and the MX4 shows that the 5.5 inch screen is not much larger than the 5.36 inch screen. However, due to the introduction of fingerprint recognition, the screen proportion of the MX4 Pro will be relatively low.
The back is very similar, but the back of the MX4 Pro is more flat.
Compared with the front panel of the MX4 Pro, the front panel of the MX4 Pro is thicker than the front panel of the MX4 Pro, but it is definitely "super narrow border" compared with ordinary mobile phones.
We will introduce more tests and experiences of the MX4 Pro in the next evaluation. Please look forward to it.
