According to foreign media reports, Microsoft filed a lawsuit against Samsung in August, and its indictment was made public. In the indictment, Microsoft pointed out that according to the patent licensing agreement, Samsung needed to pay $1 billion in patent licensing fees last year, but has defaulted on the unpaid interest of $6.9 million so far.
