In addition to the well-known One series, HTC also has another high-end mobile phone series Butterfly. The first generation of Butterfly is the world's first mobile phone with 1080P screen. The second generation of Butterfly S basically continues the characteristics of HTC One (M7). What surprises will it bring us when it comes to the latest generation of Butterfly 2?
What we got was the Hong Kong version of the red Butterfly 2. The packaging still continued the usual "lunch box" design of HTC, and the rendering of the Butterfly 2 with three color matching was printed on the packaging.
Some basic parameters of the phone are printed on the back of the package.
Open the top cover of the package to see Butterfly 2, which has a protective film on the frosted surface.
Butterfly 2 front panel adopts a completely black design. There is no other element except the silver logo. The upper and lower toilets still have the iconic Boomsound dual speakers. For this design, HTC has also made many compromises on the body.
The Boomsound and earpiece two in one speakers on the top of the fuselage, like the One series, adopt a dense opening design, but the use of black plastic and such a design is not very refined. On the right side is a 5 megapixel front camera.
The lower symmetrical position also has Boomsound speakers.
In terms of hand feel, Butterfly 2 is quite bulky for 5-inch mobile phones, mainly in terms of length and thickness, which is much higher than that of mobile phones with the same screen size.
The back cover is a piece of plastic with bright surface and baking paint. With glitter, it looks very shiny, but this material should pay special attention to scratches.
The rear camera has changed from 4 million pixels of M8 to 13 million pixels. The sensor is the popular Sony IMX214, with lens aperture F2.0, dual color temperature led fill light, and a depth of field camera.
The top of the fuselage is equipped with an infrared sensor and a power key. Somehow, Butterfly 2 does not follow the innovative power key design on Butterfly S.
At the bottom of the body are 3.5mm headphone interface, micro USB interface and call microphone.
On the left side of the fuselage is the micro SD card slot.
Due to the waterproof design (Butterfly 2 supports IP57 waterproof and dust-proof standard), there are rubber rings on the card holder to help seal the card slot.
The right side of the fuselage is the SIM card slot and volume key. Just like the other side, the card holder can be pulled out by hand.
The SIM card slot on the right side of the fuselage is Nano SIM.
The lower layer of the package is the relevant accessories and instructions.
Accessories are still the usual "three piece set" of mobile phones - data cable, headset and power adapter.
Since the mobile phone is a Hong Kong version, the British style plug is used. The charging output current is 1.5A, and the battery capacity of the body is 2700mAh.
