Samsung released its financial report for the third quarter of 2014. Samsung's sales in the third quarter were 47.45 trillion won, down 9.37% month on month and 19.69% year on year; Operating profit was 4.06 trillion won, down 43.5% month on month and 60.05% year on year.
Among them, smartphone revenue was 2.352 billion won, down 15% month on month. Operating profit was 175 million won, 6.7 trillion won in the same period last year and 4.4 trillion won in the previous quarter.
