In terms of other hardware configurations and appearance design, the 1GB enhanced version is consistent with the 2GB enhanced version. In terms of price, the 1GB enhanced version of Xiaomi Box is 299 yuan, and the 2GB enhanced version is 399 yuan.

The biggest spy of Xiaomi Box 1GB enhanced version is that it uses the new CMA memory management technology. CMA is called Contiguous Memory Allocator intelligent continuous memory allocation technology. CMA is an extension of the Linux Kernel memory management system to solve the problem that 4K video playback requires a large amount of continuous memory. After using the optimized CMA memory management technology, the 1GB enhanced version of Xiaomi Box can intelligently allocate the reserved large block of continuous memory to other programs, making the memory use more efficient and ensuring the smoothness of the system. It is not clear that this technology can be realized through system upgrade.
