Kormaran: Yachts that can be changed at will
Kormaran: Yachts that can be changed at will

An Austrian company recently launched Kormaran, the most common ship on the high seas. Kormaran has incorporated many unique characteristics. The hull can change its shape. It elegantly integrates the fast mobility flexibility of monohull, the stability of catamaran and the spacious trimaran.

Kormaran's multi-function design mainly depends on the rapid expansion and change of the shape of the cantilever on both sides of the hull. When the electronically activated hydraulic arm is fully inward, the outrigger shell is folded into the central hull to create a monohull. Activate the hydraulic arm to the vertical position, and the cantilevers on both sides will be merged into a whole. Located under the central ship, Kormaran will magically become a catamaran. When the hydraulic arm is fully extended, it will become a spacious trimaran.

The newly designed hydrofoil allows Kormaran to navigate in shallow water, even on shore. The use of hydrofoil means that the water resistance can be reduced to 80%, resulting in higher speed, lower energy consumption and more comfortable riding.

Surprisingly, when Kormaran is fixed, it can be used as a swimming platform. The teak board on the central hull can be expanded and combined with the space shell between the foldable teak boards and the middle of the hull, which can provide enough space to enjoy sunbathing.

The carbon fiber structure used in F1 racing, stainless steel and titanium alloy hydraulic arm, leather interior decoration, and black jointed teak hull and plywood make Kormaran even taller.

Finally, a 493 horsepower three jet can reach 70km/h two The acceleration of 200 km/h and the maximum speed of 200 km/h, enjoy the passion brought by speed.
