According to foreign media reports, NVIDIA has sued Qualcomm and Samsung, claiming that they infringed their graphics processing patents. NVIDIA said that Qualcomm and Samsung used their patented technology for mobile devices without authorization, including Samsung's latest Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge.

NVIDIA has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court and filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission to prohibit the sale of infringing products through the United States market. At present, neither Qualcomm nor Samsung has made a statement.
