@EMT Leaks exposed Google's upcoming 2014 version of Nexus 5. From GFXBench related data, Nexus 5 2014 will use a 2560 * 1440 5.2 inch screen, a 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 processor and 3G RAM, with 2 million pixels in the front and 12 million pixels in the rear, and will run Android 5.0.
