Recently, the mobile phone industry has seen a strong trend of self portraits. Samsung, unwilling to lag behind others, will naturally follow suit. The newly exposed Galaxy Grand Prime will feature a 5 megapixel front camera, which will focus on self portraits.

Other leaked specifications include a combination of Snapdragon 400 SoC+1G RAM, a rear 8 megapixel camera, a 5-inch qHD screen, support for dual cards and 3G (HSPA) networks, and 8GB expandable memory.

This new model will be launched in October to compete with Sony Xperia C3 Dual, which has similar specifications but larger screen, and Nokia Lumia 730 Dual SIM, which will be launched together at that time.
