Tianjin Jiu'an Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary announced that they would sign an investment agreement with Xiaomi to adjust the global business related to iHealth to the newly established subsidiary. Xiaomi would increase its capital by 25 million dollars, accounting for 20% of the shares, and appoint a director to the board of directors.
The announcement shows that Xiaomi will carry out in-depth cooperation with iHealth in user experience, e-commerce and cloud services to jointly build a mobile health cloud platform.
