Erik Buell and his EBR team have basically made some changes to the 1190RX motorcycle. For example, it has removed the cowling of the motorcycle and replaced it with a new headlight and a flatter handlebar.
The driving seat of the motorcycle feels like a "very aggressive motorcycle". When you sit on it, your body will lean forward slightly, maintaining an aggressive sense of position. However, as your wrist strength is supported on the handlebars, your body weight will be reduced. The 1190SX motorcycle also has flat steel bars, so compared with the RX super motorcycle, the clutch on the 1190SX motorcycle will be easier to control.
Like racing motorcycles, the instrument panel of the 1190SX motorcycle is displayed in color, and it provides buttons instead of touch screens for control. Similarly, SX motorcycle also retains the excellent LED headlights of the original RX motorcycle.
In fact, the author feels that there is another area that needs to be improved for this SX motorcycle, that is, its turning radius. If you lock the front wheels of the car, you will find that the turning range of the car is not as wide as that of the sports version motorcycle, and the mobility performance is poor. In addition, under different road conditions, the flexibility of the SX is not satisfactory. The handlebars of the car are wider, and the rear-view mirror cannot be folded up like the RX motorcycle.
Of course, apart from the driver's seat, this 1190SX motorcycle looks very aggressive and looks like a racing motorcycle. The front and rear pedals of the car are made of metal materials with convex edges. The front brake device does not use the cooling pipe of RX motorcycle, but the brake performance of the device is not very good. In addition, the engine efficiency of this car is very good, and it also saves fuel very much. At least when you brake the rear wheel, the exhaust pipe will not emit thick black smoke.
It is expected that this 1190SX motorcycle will come into the market in the next few weeks. Perhaps its longer handle should be faster than the RX steering speed.
