The long rumored Sony Xperia Z3, which is D6603 and should be an international version, has appeared in GFXBench. From the relevant information, Xperia Z3 will use a 5.1 inch 1080P screen, 3G RAM, 16G ROM and a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 processor. The rear camera will still be 20.7 million pixels.
From the relevant configuration information, Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 are not promoted.
