Stackables is a multi layer filter overlay application. The contents of the filter are various, including various textures such as mix and match, worn out, clouds, unique fancy filters, gorgeous gradient effects, exquisite geometric patterns, and so on.
The initial interface was a bit deceptive. The author habitually clicked the icon in the upper left corner, and found that it did not respond at all. Later, he found that the original clickable items were in the bottom left and middle right.
The size and storage format will be selected at the beginning. What's more special here is that the tiff format is allowed to be used for storage, which means that it can be put into Photoshop for processing. The software language follows the system, so there is a simple Chinese guide at the beginning, which is a little useful.
The option bar on the top is the filter options of different specifications. The first one should be a composite filter. There are many texture and lighting options. There are 76 kinds in total, but localization is not perfect, so it is still in English here. In addition, you can see a filter with the same content as the selected image, which is used to adjust the fiber to control the filter effect. If the effect is not ideal, you can also select the accuracy bar below. (This is true of other filters, which is a fixed option.)
Next, let's look at the second one, a familiar symbol with three primary colors overlapping, so this option is related to color. Black and white effect, retro effect, and yellowing old photo effect are all adjusted here. The third one is color gradient, which is difficult to use. Because the color of the preset mirror belongs to the type with high saturation, it is a big challenge for users to use it. It seems that the author has no ability to do this and makes people poisoned. (→ _ → is actually intentional)
The four squares are a group selection, which are full of stars, dots, triangles, black and white grids, etc. They must be used creatively. Then there are the brightness and tone separately adjusted and the picture special effects. Special effects refer to the negative and fuzzy effects, which belong to the last part to be adjusted/used with low frequency. It is very humanized to make it last.
There is only one conical bottle left. There are some preset "formulas" in it. There are 92 models in total. Outstanding performance, but the effect cannot be stacked. If you feel that you have visual fatigue and aesthetic fatigue due to constant debugging of the previous items, it is also feasible to simply and roughly apply the filter made by others.
As we said, Stackables is characterized by multiple layers. Therefore, when we choose the effect we like in the front, we can leave it to the later stage for unified processing. The layer order can be adjusted by long pressing. Each effect can be visualized, and you can choose to show or not show it. (A little instant vision of Photoshop)
When we use iOS software, we often dislike the kind of app that seems free but needs to be purchased internally, but still needs to be purchased internally after paying for it. Stackables also needs to be purchased internally, but this internal purchase is very pleasing. Several filters are free of charge, and others can be purchased only by following the official Instagram. I teased the user a little and made a little joke, but this way is still acceptable.
