What Xiaoji wants to do is to use solar power, but it wants to use DIY spirit to combine things that are used at any time around the solar panel to charge the mobile phone in an emergency. Is this reliable?

The Xiaoji chooses Shenzhen Tong, which it carries every day when going out. As for the solar panels that can be found on Taobao, we will not elaborate here.

The size of Shenzhen Tong is the same as that of an ordinary bank card. It is a standard 85x54mm. Therefore, the solar panel selected by the minicomputer has two widths, one is 26mm and the other is 52mm. Each solar cell panel has a voltage of 0.5V. To achieve the 5V voltage output required by mobile phones, at least 10 such solar panels need to be connected in series and arranged in two rows. The following drawings are drawn by the minicomputer before operation:

Stick the copper foil with double-sided adhesive tape on the back of Shenzhen Tong, then drop a drop of 502 glue on the solar panel and stick it on Shenzhen Tong (pay attention to the position of glue drop not to hinder the contact between the panel and the copper foil). 0.381V, which does not reach the rated voltage output of 0.5V. It seems that one or two more can be used.

Next, stick other battery panels, press the positive pole of the next panel on the negative pole of the previous panel, and press one panel against another like a tile. There are five panels in the first row, and measure the voltage (the next long panel is used to connect the first row and the second row):

2.06V, average 0.4V per piece.

Then the rest of the battery panels were connected and pasted, and a total of 11 battery panels were used.

Another question is, will the electric field generated after such pasting affect the induction of Shenzhen Telecom? So I went to the subway station nearby and found that the results were normal:

Next, make a USB connector. A small computer has an unused USB HUB, and a large number of connectors can be removed for use:

The electric soldering iron of the HUB damaged by the small machine is too small, so it is difficult to disassemble it:

After checking the definition diagram of USB interface, only the two pins on the side are connected to the power supply. The left is positive and the right is negative. Do not connect them reversely:

The removed USB interface needs to be handled. Cut off the middle two connecting pins, and use a saw blade to cut a slot that can just be stuck on Shenzhen Tong:

Insert the USB interface into the Shenzhen Tong card, and connect the positive pole with the copper foil according to the definition of the USB interface.

Then you can use the ready-made USB cable to connect and measure the voltage, which is very standard 5.00V:

Then it is film passing. It uses the PE film of photo lamination, cuts a hole, passes through the copper foil, and after film passing, it is just pressed on the negative electrode.

In theory, so far, the all-in-one card can become a temporary solar power supply to power the mobile phone. But in fact, this "DIY solar mobile power" has two defects:

one The current is slightly low When the camera light is turned on indoors, the current measured is only about 20mA, so it takes 100 hours to fully charge the current 2000mAh mobile phone;

two No backflow prevention A diode should also be added to prevent the current in the battery from flowing back to the battery board, which will not only fail to charge, but also reduce the battery's power.
