Nvidia announced its GPU/CPU development plan at the GTC 2013 (GTC, that is, GPU technology conference), and announced more details of future Tegra processor development. Especially about the two mobile processors code named "Logan" and "Parker".
The first is the processor code named "Logan". This SoC will be the first processor equipped with the CUDA core. In addition, the GPU of this processor will use the "Kepler" architecture GPU, which supports CUDA 5.0 and Open GL 4.3 As for the CPU, it is unknown, but the news is that the processor code named Logan will be a prototype product this year. Realize mass production and supply in 2014.
As can be seen from the above roadmap, after Tegra 4, Nvidia Tegra 5 is the processor code named "Logan". Logan has greatly improved the GPU performance compared with the previous generation Tegra 4. As Logan supports OpenGL 4.3, we can also analyze that Nvidia is no longer busy chasing OpenGL ES 3.0 functions. In addition, the huge improvement of GPU performance will also attract more developers. Logan processors will have 192 CUDA cores.

After "Logan", Nvidia plans to develop SoC code named "Parker", which will support 64 bit systems (breaking the limit of 4GB running memory, which is also the current trend in the field of mobile technology), and GPU code named "Maxwell". Since the SoC code named "Parker" will not be officially launched until 2015, there is not much detailed information about this GPU at present.
