The Galaxy Mega 6.3 has a body size of 167.6x88x7.9mm, a 6.3 inch 1280 x 720 screen, a 1.7GHz dual core processor, a 1.5GB memory, an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front, and supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wi Fi 80211 a/b/g/n, and A-GPS.

Galaxy Mega 6.3 will also be equipped with 3200mAh battery, Android jelly bean system (4.1.2 or 4.2) and Samsung's own Nature UX interface. Galaxy Mega 6.3 will come together with Galaxy Mega 5.8 in June this year. The starting price is said to be more expensive than Samsung's flagship model S4 this year!
