Hammer ROM and Facebook home give many people the passion to customize their own ROMs, and the designer of YOLANDA is obviously one of them. The "designer" had《 Talk about Hammer and Facebook home 》In the article, I said that I would design a ROM of my own, and now I finally gave the design scheme.

The author originally wanted to write a full article to explain the various ideas about ROM below, but finally found that it was really unnecessary, and only the last sentence of the original author could make a perfect comment on the following, "I know that this design draft looks pretty good, but I am not a product manager, so my level is limited to that. Welcome to clap your hands, anyway, today is [thinking gymnastics] Time, you must allow me to daydream. " Welcome to your comments.

After a night of hard work, I finally used very high-tech QQ screenshots and PPT to draw my rom schematic diagram. I named it Yolanda, my wife's English name. Yolanda is essentially an Android system. Like Facebook home, it only changes the main interface, so my design draft is also very simple, with only five PPTs.

Yolanda mainly follows two concepts——
1. Do not let users go to the bedroom after passing the living room, but go directly to the bedroom;
2. There is inequality between APPs. We should give the most convenient path to the most commonly used APPs and hide the infrequently used ones.

I don't want to take any "superfluous" action, but let the phone work at the moment when the screen lights up.

Usually, the five most commonly used apps account for 95% of the usage time. In this case, why can't we directly access the interface of the most commonly used apps at the moment of unlocking?

When switching between APPs, we often have to go back to the home interface first, and then enter the new APP. Can we omit this step?
My home screen design solves both of these problems.

If we want to use apps other than the four most commonly used ones, just swipe left to see them.

The phone is also a commonly used function, so I gave it a convenient entrance as far as possible, sliding the screen to the right to enter the dialing interface.

We can directly return to the most commonly used APP interface by pressing the home key in any interface.

There are only so many changes I want to make, and the rest of them should use Android. I know that this design draft looks very good, but I am not a product manager, so my level is limited to that. Welcome to clap your bricks. Anyway, today is the time for "Thinking Gymnastics", and you must allow me to daydream.
