The Maoist Party once again launched the Air Force, and four flagship drafts including Xiaomi 16 and vivo X300+sensor disclosure | The first nano prism was released by Samsung JNP

On July 14, Samsung released the first "nano prism" mobile phone sensor JNP, and the chat station on the same day also released the line draft of the next generation of Android sub flagship models and camera sensor exposure (expected to appear on mass production machines in September and October).

According to the existing information, all of them are straight screens, and the line drawings ? correspond to:

Top left, OPPO Find X9 Series (Inside the camera matrix, it may be similar to the Reno15 series? ?)

Top right, Vivo X300 series

Bottom left, Glory Magic8 Series

Bottom right, Xiaomi 16 Pro (Return to Xiaomi 11 Ultra style, and "bump into" the iPhone 17 Pro. The appearance of Xiaomi 16 standard version has not changed much)

Main camera:

Howell OV50Q : 40nm process, 50 million pixels, 1/1.3 type, LOFIC (greatly improved dynamic range), QPD focusing (may be the first launch of Xiaomi 16 series)

Sony LYT-828 : 22nm process, 50 million pixels, 1/1.28 type, DCG+VS HDR, QPD focusing (possibly launched by vivo X300 Pro)

200 million pixels of Samsung 1/1.4 model New sensor (or main camera of vivo X300 standard version, still equipped with 50 million pixel ultra wide angle+3 times IMX882/LYT-600 periscope telephoto)

Stevie SC590XS: 22nm process, 50 million pixels, 1/1.28 type, LOFIC 2.0 (greatly improved dynamic range), QPD focusing (expected to be the first launch of Huawei Mate 80 series)

Long focus:

Samsung GN8 (Corresponding to Sony's LYT-600): 50 million pixels, 1/1.95 model, supporting iDCG+DSG HDR, QPD focusing;

Samsung HP5, 200 million pixels, 1/1.56 type, supporting DCG-HDR (expected to appear on OPPO Find X9 Pro);

Samsung HPB, It may be called HP9xx. The hardware of HP9 is basically the same, with 1/1.4 model and 200 million pixels.

Provincial flow: All of them are 2x2 OCL, which is not conducive to details. The Maoist Party is once again the air force.

Also on July 14, Samsung JNP released: 1/2.8 model, 50 million pixels, 0.64 ? m, super QPD focusing (2x2 OCL), supporting DSG single frame HDR. On chip preview image output of 50 million pixels can be completed (without the intervention of mobile phone processor).

The most important thing about Samsung JNP is that it first launched a column like "Nanoprism" ??, which replaces the common microlens structure and claims to improve sensitivity by 25%.

If there is no water in the official sketch map, we will change from 25 microlenses to 81 nano prisms (5 rows of small columns x9+4 rows x5=65, 8 large columns and 8 medium columns) in the equivalent 25 pixels, which will increase the structural complexity by a large margin.

However, JNP is actually 2x2 OCL, which is different from the official figure. In principle, the "nano prism" should be more detailed than the traditional 2x2 OCL structure, right?
