According to South Korean media, LG will launch a new generation of four core flagship mobile phone LG Optimus G2, which will be equipped with a 5.5 inch 1080p resolution screen with the same size as Samsung's currently popular Galaxy Note II, so it is obvious that LG is trying to compete with Samsung in the big screen market.
In other configurations, LG Optimus G2 uses Qualcomm's new generation quad core processor MSM8974 with 2GB of memory, supports LTE network and the latest Android 4.2 system, and the camera will also use a 13 megapixel camera.
According to South Korean media, this mobile phone will be launched in the first half of 2013.
