Motorola launched two new models in Brazil, RAZR D1 and RAER D3. The RAZR D1 positioning door is equipped with a 1GHz CPU, 1G RAM, and 3.5-inch, with a 1785mA battery. The RAZR D3 only uses a 1.2GHz dual core processor. It has 1G RAM and 2000mA batteries. The display screen is 4-inch.

RAZR D1 and D3 both use the jelly bean version of Android system and provide dual card function.
